Lots of you have asked what's my next step or what more I'll go after, after earning my WBFF pro card. So the goal is to maintain a lean physique until I'm closer to my next show date (which I'll announce early 2018.) Through my first prep I learned a lot about how my body reacts to certain foods/macros, and how to overcome those small issues, so now I'm pretty confident I can easily maintain a lean physique while still enjoying foods I like in small quantities.   • 6 days post show! My abs are gone for the most part but I'm blaming that on the plethora of pancakes I had last night 🀀 I haven't binged how I expected to, mostly because I don't desire it. Just having minor cheats here and there while still maintaining a clean diet. I've taken this week to let my body rest a bit, lord knows I needed it πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Still training every day, but honestly haven't done cardio all week, CLEARLY. Buuuut I'm looking forward to getting back on my cardio game next week to keep this tummy tight. The abs have to stay 😀 #wbffpro

  • What's the first thing you think about when you hear the term "New Years resolution"? πŸ€”Whatever you just thought of even for the slightest moment is what you should go after in the new year. I personally believe a New Years resolution doesn't have to be an entire list of improvements but rather one big goal with small achievements in mind that will help you get there. Two days ago I surpassed this year's resolution for myself, and I think we can all do that for ourselves within a year from now. Start brainstorming on how you can make that goal happen. If you feel like some obstacles that you may come across could be too much to overcome, think outside the box and find another way. Let's not settle in 2018. Let's push past our limits.
